BOSSPIPE CCGRP jacking pipe systems for non-pressure sewerage applications, joined using flexible non-end-loadbearing joints with elastomeric seals, intended to be installed using various trenchless installation methods such as; slip lining, micro-tunnelling and pipe jacking. BOSSPIPE jacking pipes with nominal pipe diameters ranging from OD 324 to OD 2046. BOSSPIPE jacking pipes are manufactured with jacking loads ranging from 150 kN to a maximum of 10,000 kN; a nominal pressure class ranging from PN 1 to 32 and stiffness rating ranging from SN 20,000 to SN 1,000,000. Three types of joints available for the BOSSPIPE jacking pipe, each with a coupling mounted onto one end of the pipe and an EPDM elastomer that seals the pipe, as follows: (a) Flush Grade 316 Stainless Steel coupling - used as standard for smaller and medium diameter pipes (i.e. DN 350 up to and including DN 1400) (b) Flush GRP Filament Wound coupling (FWC) - used as standard for BOSSPIPE jacking pipes (DN350 up to and including DN2000). (c) Flush GRP coupling - used with larger dia GRP pipe although available from DN 350 to DN 2000 GRP fittings used with BOSSPIPE jacking pipe are fabricated from sections of straight pipe, cut to length, joint wrapped externally and internally with additional fibre reinforcement in accordance with ISO 10467. GRP fittings are supplied with spigot ends suitable for connection to the BOSSPIPE jacking pipe using GRP FWC couplings. Manufacturer's recommendation to use minimum stiffness SN 32,000 for jacking application. Approval expiry date 3 Nov 2021
